I do not have a driver's license yet, thus feel a bit embarassed. Is this a hug

Im almost 30yr old. And Im terrified of driving. So therefore I still haven't obtained my drivers license. Now is this a huge deal breaker for men ??? I don't lie about it but at the same time Im a little ashamed at times so I don't bring it up till I really have to.
